Quick Tour de Bleep

Rolando Murillo

Bleep is a space for you to unblock your mind and discover yourself. In this guide, we talk about each of the core experiences on the platform and how you can use them together to have fun with your thoughts.

Use Flow to clear your head

Flow is the first place you’ll see on Bleep. It’s designed to help you unload your thoughts and inspirations week by week. Drop in notes, links or images as you encounter them. You get a fresh space to start your week with.

You can use Bleep to replace your plain old notes app, but you can truly use it for so much more. Never again wonder where things should go when they pop in your head. Just drop them here.

As you use Flow more and more, things may start to to look messy. But that’s okay. You can drag your items around, or move them to rooms as you need to so you only have what you care the most about at the top.

Build out your space with Rooms

Our lives are made up of different parts: hobbies, interests, loved ones, you name it. Yet we either don’t make enough mental space for them, or simply don’t have a central place to keep track of them.

Rooms in Bleep are dedicated spaces for what matters to you. For example, imagine you’re working on improving your writing skills, now you can have a dedicated place to write your prompts and see them all at a glance, as well as dropping in articles you like or general inspiration.

You can move things around freely to re-organize or group blocks into new Rooms. Much like decorating your physical home, you can use Rooms to give your Bleep space a personal touch.

Use Map to track your activity

You won’t need this right away, but once you start using Bleep everyday (because you fell in love with it 🥰), Map can help you track your activity and quickly access recent items. Never worry about drowning in your own flow of consciousness — use Map to search anything you added on Bleep, ever.

Closing thoughts

Hopefully this gets your juices flowing and helps get started with Bleep. There’s no right or wrong way to use it. Bleep is designed to be structured yet unassuming. You don’t need to use your Flow at all if you want to focus on your Rooms, or vice versa. And what you use them for is really up to you.
